Healthy breakfast

HEALTH BREAKFAST

Now there is a good story and a bad.
I’m going to tell you about the good one first.
Yesterday a woman came in and her name was Renee from project energise, she was filling in for Milly.  She told us that you can eat leftovers for breakfast. WOW!
Health breakfast foods are:
TOAST, WEETBIX, MILK, LEFTOVERS, AND CREAMY PORRIGE.
THAT WAS REALLY INTRESING
WE ALL HOPE SHE COMES BACK.!!!!!
NOW I’m going to tell you about the bad story.
When Renee went our reliever was embarrassed at us because we were very rude to Renee.  We did not use our Virtues when there was a quest in the room.  So, we had to write a letter to her to apologise.  Boy that was hard work!  But, I’m sure that she will forgive us.
