Miss Hammond is fine!

Hey my little munchkins!
This was me (and Duncan) about the time you were eating your dinner on wednesday night. I know it all looks rather scary but I was in the safest hands in hospital.
It's now sunday and I am at home enjoying putting my
very very swollen leg up. The doctors tell me that there was a lot more damage to my knee than they thought and they had to do more things than they expected.  Sadly, this means that I may not be back at school for a little while yet :-(
I will come visit when I am a little more mobile.

    1. Oh it hurts lots but that is what happens after an operation. It gets worse before it gets better.

  4. Hi girls,
I am getting better everyday. Yesterday I had all my stitches out and went to physio for the first time. I can almost bend my knee normally again and although walking is a bit weird I use my crutches less and less. So, I will be back at school as soon as I can.
